I think the market looks good selling at 96 percent of asking rate and in a relatively short period of time. In many areas of the US this is not the case. You area must have good stable economy and lenders have not practiced unreasonable lending with Option ARM finacing. I think this sounds like a great community and would be a great place to invest in homeownership.
